The Pulse September 21, 2009

Can we know God, can we grow as Christians, if we don’t know ourselves? I  encourage you to join us this Wednesday night, September 23, as we discuss this. This was Taylor’s sermon topic on Sunday, and it will be our topic for teaching and discussion at Wednesday at the Well this week,  September 23.

Each of us is a unique creation with a unique story. Everything we are and all that has happened to us influences how we grow,  spiritually and emotionally. In our current series, EMOTIONALLY HEALTHY SPIRITUALITY, we are looking to understand the interaction between our emotional health and our spiritual growth.

Come join us for some lively discussion! Wed. , Sept 23, 7:30-9:00 pm, in fellowship hall.

I feel that we may have misrepresented who can benefit from this study on emotionally healthy spirituality. Between my brief testimony 2 weeks ago and the song that Tony Congi shared this week, you may feel that the only people who could use this study are those who think of themselves as jerks,  or those whose lives and marriages are falling apart. This is not true. We all have ways that we can grow from this study.

So, I encourage you to come out this Wednesday night to join our discussion. Wed. , Sept 23, 7:30-9:00 pm, in fellowship hall.

I always welcome your feedback.

Thanks for the opportunity to serve.

In Christ,
